This industrial assistance camera is specifically designed for laser engraving machines, perfectly matching with the Lightburn software. Featuring true 5MP high definition, this camera ensures clear image capture and precise positioning.

Precise Positioning and Engraving Control

The CAM500 camera seamlessly integrates with the Lightburn software, enabling it to identify the positions of recorded objects with an accuracy of less than 1mm. Through the Lightburn interface, you can adjust the pattern to specific positions on the material. Once the setup is completed, the laser machine will engrave at the exact position.

Image Tracking and Batch Recording

The CAM500 camera module can identify and extract surface patterns of objects, recording vector files efficiently. This feature allows you to add multiple engraving tasks simultaneously, thereby saving time and effort. You no longer need to individually preview the positioning for each engraving material.

High-Density Video Recording

Equipped with a 120° wide-angle lens and a working area of 400*400mm, this camera can record the entire creation process through time-lapse shots. This makes it easy to share your creative journey with friends and colleagues. Additionally, it provides a clear and observable view of the engraving and cutting processes.

High Adaptability

The CAM500 camera offers two fixing structures: a T-shaped fixing clamp and a U-shaped fixing clamp. The T-shaped clamp is suitable for SCULPFUN models (S6, S6 Pro, S9, S10, S30/S30 Ultra series) and most V-groove structure engraving machines. An area expansion kit is not required.
